With over 20 years of experience as a lawyer and consultant, he has seen and done it all, including the formation of international companies; navigating regulatory issues in gambling; forex and cryptocurrency, among other industries; structuring complex commercial deals; joint ventures and shareholders agreements; all kinds of financing transactions including equity, debt and convertible financing rounds and M&As.

Companies from wide variety fields have sought out Zachi’s services, including those in Online Gambling and Gaming, Blockchain and Cryptocurrency, Fintech, Online Marketing and Advertising, and eCommerce.

Zachi also serves as of counsel to Amit, Pollak, Matalon, one of Israel’s leading commercial law firms.
